All of our products come with free UK mainland delivery so you won't pay a penny! You will not qualify for free delivery if your address is outside the UK or if your postcode/area is in the list below. (See additional Information)

For items in stock we dispatch on a next day express delivery service. If this is available it will be specified on the product page.

If the item is in stock we will usually dispatch the next day. See individual product pages for dispatch and delivery timescales.

How do you deliver packages?

We send all products directly from our UK-based workshop using either DHL Express or our private courier service. The service used will depend on the size and weight of the product being shipped.

The lead times and delivery options can be found on each individual product page. If the product is in stock it will usually be dispatched the next day.

For custom pieces, delivery times will be quoted upon enquiry.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email/text message once your order is sent that contains your tracking information.

All our products are lovingly handmade here in our Rose & Walker workshop, based in West Yorkshire. Thanks to having our own workshop our products can be customised to suit your exact requirements which is something rarely offered these days. If you would like help or advice in designing your perfect piece our experienced design team are on hand to talk you through the whole process, to ensure you get exactly what you imagined!
